Since I’ve been asked this question a number of times, I thought I’d share my personal story. My story isn’t about my career path, but rather the ways that I’ve used my experience to help others.

Ive always been a big believer in the idea that you should be doing what makes you happy. Ive always been a hard worker, so when I was younger I was always searching for something. A job wasn’t the most important thing. I would rather just have my own company working on cool projects and then go home and spend time with my family. I wanted to be in a position where I could make a difference, not just a paycheck.

Ive always felt that my work has been about the impact it has on the lives of others. This is something that I think can be learned and its certainly something I would like to do. My first company was an airbrush company. I was always looking for ways to turn my imagination into tangible action, and that is something I still do today. I also like the idea of working with people who have a passion for what they do.

I’m currently a senior designer at solutions architect, a well-respected design firm in Austin, Texas. I’ve been there for two years now and I’m proud to say that I have been involved in several projects that have resulted in significant enhancements to the firm’s client services. I also have worked on several design projects with a client at another firm, helping them build a better product.

Ive worked on the design of a number of clients in my career, but Solution Architect was my first project ever. Ive been involved in every facet of the project from drafting up the design to its inception. Ive been a big part of the design team for multiple client projects, and Im proud to say that Ive been the person in charge of the project from conception to implementation.

Solution Architects are a large group of design firms who specialize in the development of new building projects. They typically work with large corporate clients, but they also work for governments and non-profit organizations. Ive worked on several large projects for this client, and Im proud to say that Im the only Solution Architect working on this project.

Im a member of the Solution Architects group, and Im proud to say that Ive been the person in charge of designing the structure that makes up this project. The structure is a huge, three-story building that houses dozens of offices, studios, and labs. We have a team of designers, 3D animators, structural engineers, and other specialists who have worked for this client on many large projects.

Im sure many solutions architects aren’t thrilled to be asked to be part of a project that is so large and complex, but Im very much in agreement with the concept of outsourcing projects. Im a firm believer in “outsourcing” to be done right. Outsourcing a project means you have to make sure that it is done right on the client’s end. And, Im of course, that includes getting them the best support possible.

I feel the same here. Its pretty hard to take on a project that has so much complexity. I’ve worked for a few solutions architects on a dozen large projects, and Im very much in agreement with the idea that its important to have the best ideas and the best support for you to get them to where you want them.

I’ve tried to give a bit of a background on myself, and what Im like to work with. I think Im a realist, a realist with a bit of a creative outlook. It’s great to be able to do what Im passionate about, but as Im constantly remind myself, I have to be realistic. I can and do make mistakes, I can and do make things that don’t look nice, I can and do make mistakes.
